Why I love this book:

Mark Manson tells you, point blank, you’re giving too many f*cks about things that aren’t worth giving a f*ck about. Everything that is worthwhile in life, isn’t easy to get – if you accept and embrace the climb, rather than giving a f*ck about why it’s so hard, you’re unstoppable. We don’t always control what happens to us, but we do control how we react. The most important takeaway is to take responsibility rather than expend a valuable f*ck on playing the “Why?” game.

Why I Love It:

Without vulnerability, you can’t connect. Nothing is more true. Glennon Doyle Melton speaks vulnerably and inspires me to continue to be open, messy and appreciative of all the beauty life has to offer.

Why I Love It:

My Guide To Life. It’s Simple! Just follow the Four Agreements and EVERYTHING makes sense. You can avoid unnecessary pain and suffering in your life by reading this short book. It should be handed out in the womb, imho.

Why I Love It:

Amy Cuddy has the most watched TED Talk in the history of TED Talks. This woman knows what she’s talking about when it comes to showing up. Read this and transform into a power player.

Why I Love It:

Gabby Bernstein is a freakin’ genius!  This should be required reading for EVERY HUMAN ON EARTH. I read this when I was at a low point in my life, and Gabby taught me that choosing love over fear is integral to living an open, blessed, and abundant life. This book simply changed my life.
